Performed bridge and roadway approach design for the rehabilitation of Six Bridges over the Franklin Avenue Shuttle line in Brooklyn , New York . The rehabilitation work as part of this Design Build Project included deck replacement, superstructure replacement, and substructure repairs. The superstructure types included multi steel beam concrete decks, prestressed concrete beam decks, and reinforced concrete slab decks. Some bridges were steel framed portal structures supporting jack arch type concrete decks and abutment walls. Extensive coordination with NYCT, and other City Agencies was involved for MPT and Parks Department approvals. |
