Chimney Rehabilitation, Lincoln Street School Newark, Essex County, NJ

During this project, SJH provided general inspection services and modified an existing north wall foundation system by extending into subsurface stratum that is deeper and more stable than the near surface soil that supports the existing foundation system.

Roof / Parapet Rehabilitation, East Side High School Newark, NJ

SJH inspected the roof parapet damaged by lightning and developed repair plans and specifications for the repair of the parapet.

Avon School, Avon Avenue, Newark, NJ

SJH represented Newark Public School and provided structural investigation of the roof beams damaged by the installation of T-Mobile antennas. SJH coordinated, and reviewed the proposed repair details, and provided final inspection of the completed repair work.

Hawkins Street School, Newark, NJ

SJH inspected the interior stair and an exterior widow façade to confirm their structural integrity. Prepared a report detailing the inspection and our recommendations.
