Under this project SJH provided a Project Officer / Construction Manager to represent the New York City School Construction Authority and to oversee the construction of PS-32 at 171-11 35th Ave. in Flushing Queens. His responsibilities include but are not limited to issuing the NTP, filing the necessary DOB & FID documents, working with the UFT & school staff, review & approving; the site logistics plan, quality control plan, project schedule, schedule of values, certified payrolls, and monthly billings. He is also responsible to over see all aspects of construction, negotiate CO’s, hold progress meetings, monitor site safety, schedule DOB, FID & controlled inspections, over see asbestos abatement and provide all necessary correspondences and project documentation |
