SJH Engineering, P.C. provided the Construction Management (CM) Services to the Owner on this $1.5 million dollars school renovation project.  The project involves the water elimination, including the installation of floating footing of underground tunnel, the injection of water proofing and pumping station; and the replacement of sewer in the playground.  Most of the work is being performed during off school hours from 3 PM to 2 AM and the weekend.  SJH, as the representative of the Owner, provided the engineering support, the QA-QC control to the project and coordinated with other Agencies, Architect, Engineers and the Contractors to ensure the project being safely and timely completed in a cost-effective manner.
