The project involved masonry repairs and replacement, lintel replacement, replacement of lintel connections to spandrel beams, caulking of windows and sealing the sills, drainage improvements in the courtyard, fire alarm system replacement and public address system replacement. SJH was involved in the inspection and investigation of existing corroded steel lintels, development of replacement details, development steel connection details, drainage design in the Courtyard, including development of Grading Plans, details for repair of cracks in the concrete walls in the basement and the design for window sealing. |
