The project involved masonry repairs and replacement, lintel replacement, replacement of lintel connections to spandrel beams, window replacement, drainage improvements in the courtyard, and sidewalk and curb replacement. As the consultant to the General Contractor, SJH was involved in the inspection and investigation of existing corroded steel lintels, development of replacement details, development steel connection details, drainage design in the Courtyard, including development of Grading Plans, details for repair of curbs and the design for window replacement and shoring.
