Under this project SJH Engineering provided Architectural and Engineering design services for the replacement of existing stone ballasted EPDM roof on three commercial buildings. New roofing for three buildings of approximately 15,000 SF each were installed with new Polyisocyanuarate Rigid Insulation.  Survey of the existing roof was performed and new drainage design was performed based on the existing slope of the roof.  Details for openings and flashing around openings for HVAC Supports and Drain Pipes were developed to provide maximum useful life of the new roof.  During the construction phase contractor’s work was supervised to monitor new roofing installation process.
